Can an account be frozen after the bankruptcy has become final?

The answer to your question depends on the circumstances involved. I can think of situations where it is conceivable that an account could be frozen after a bankruptcy is discharged (and certainly an account can be frozen if a bankruptcy is dismissed without discharge), but your attorney will need a good bit more info from you to properly counsel you.
