Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
Re: NYS Chapter 7 Bankruptcy -- Our atty. failed to submit our certificates for credit courses we took. I sent them to him 3 wks. before the crt. formally closed our case. Our atty. sent us affadivits to sign 3 mos. ago and still has not reopened our case. We fear our creditors (whom we aren't protected from) may issue liens or possibly take us to court. How do we get this atty. to move on our case?
