Re: catering contracts

Every contract must take into consideration the specific needs and requirements of the person for whom it is written. Even if you intend to use a standard contract for each of your customers, the first contract should be drafted by a professional. Re: catering contracts

Hi-

There are several agreements you would need. The most obvious would be the agreement with your customers. It should include, at a minimum, pricing, times for performance, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liabilities. Other terms and conditions would be customized for your specific business.

The other agreements would be with your vendors and possibly with establishments with whom you have some sort of affiliation or referrals. Most of those agreements would likely be written by the other party and it would be a good idea to have those reviewed before you sign them as well.
