Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Need lawyer to draft contracts

Hello, my corporation is about to start operations within the next 2-3 weeks depending on how long it takes our website to be created. Because of the industry I am mainly focused in and services I provide due to alliances I definately need a terms of service agreement on the site.

Also I intend to implement a affiliate/reseller program and will need a contract drafted for that. Here is the problem, because of the massive amount of services my corporation provides and the cost to start this business I do not have the spare money to put towards contract drafting since I want to make sure I have money for unexpected problems. A good concern since I am just starting out. However it's basically 99% probable that I will have a few clients/customers within the first week.

My question is is there any lawyer out there willing to at least draft the terms of service agreement and hold off collecting payment for a month?
