Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I joined a Multi-level Marketing company, they offer certain services on their adds that they don't actually give you, they also speak about residual income, they say once you bring in a certain amount of people you start making a certain amount of money monthly. I joined and now i made residual but my volume starts all over and all of the people i recruited are as good as ghosts in my network. They advertise residual income when it is not residual at all, can i take on legal action for this?

It is not exactly a secret that MLM schemes are notorious rip-offs. Depending on the terms of your agreement you may or may not have a breach of contract claim, but the real question is what are the damages here? That is, is it going to be worth your effort and expense getting a lawyer involved? I can all but guarantee that it will not be, but it might be worth exploring your options.
