Online Customer Misleading Review!
we are an ecommerce company and a customer has made a series of reviews claiming we never sent out his purchase and basically calling us crooks all over the internet. He canceled the order and was given a refund. What is our options. His review title is :

Unfortunately, your remedies are limited.
The best option is probably to post a note of your own immediately below his on any site on which you find his posting. You can include that he cancelled and was given a refund, and that you're sorry you weren't able to resolve his issues.
If his postings go beyond the factual, you have the option of pursuing him in court. However, that's rarely cost effective.
