Legal Question in Business Law in New York

We own a restoration business in NY and restore wood and metal (residental only). We were contracted to restore some radiators for a customer and this customer has become a nightmare. We have been back and forth with these radiators over the past several weeks because of the color is wrong, paint is not the right shade and she stil believe that the original paint is still on the radiator. We have to re do these radiators several times over and she is still not satified. Finally we have finished the radiators which most of them having no paint and some have minor stains. We just want to return them and walk away are we legally obligated to anything if we have not accepted any money, and the radiators are not broken and better yet most of the work has been done on the radiators (stripping of all the old paint)?

It has come to the point where we just want to get rid of this client since we have never encountered someone like her in the past?

As a Franchise Attorney I think you need to show the contract to a business attorney. Then you will be in a position to evaluate the respective legal rights of both parties. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
