hey i was arrested my first time in life i am a high school student and 15 kids came to our neighborhood and with 3 cars and i was walking with my friend and they cane to hit me with baseball bats because i was with a friend they had a problem and i got away from them but the cops caught me with a hammer and i didn't use it on the kids they but the kids got me in trouble and said i did and i have a court day on 2/2/2010 what will happen to me?
