i was involved in petit larceny with walmart stores recently. i was let off the hook and given a warning that if i was to be caught again, they would have to take legal actions. now they are saying that i must pay a fine and some other legal actions. can i fight my case and say that they failed to inform me that although i was let off the hook legal actions were still going to take place?

Yes, you can fight it; however, it all depends on whether you signed an agreement with Walmart.
