Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
My name is Mariana from Queens, New York and my neighbours has 6 small dogs, 1 parrot , 2 cat. its a jungle and I want to know if it is legally to have in a 2 bedroom apartment all this pets,bird . Dogs barks the parrot sing all day long,late night. it's not a way to rest in my apartment which is wall to wall.what can i do to stop this and solve this matter? I can move out ,because i live in my own house.
