On-Line security
Is it legal for a company in this case (zaba search .com) to post your biographical information and then sell your personal information such as bank account numbers, social security numbers, property deeds etc., to other people or companies?

It's a long strange answer and will depend on who you ask.
The four major consumer reporting agencies do this every day, but they actively purchase the information from persons licensed to have it. I won't specifically do an analysis here.
Instead, search on yourself and identify all the associated information on hard copies. Send Zaba a regaistered or certified letter demanding they remove your information.
