paid for goods not received over 5 months ago
u s company apparently still trading paid for goods over 5 months ago still not received. company told me goods have been despatched should arrive shortly still not received. they have not given courier details send me 3 word email and taken my money £75 pounds and not told me anything i have asked for a refund no one is responding. what can i do. item was purchased in usa

You may commence an action in US for return of money. If payment was made using a credit card you may be able to have agency help you return money.
