collecting judges wriiten award

my wife was involved in an auto accident and thru high/low binding arbitration recieved an award over the other drivers policy limits,I was also granted monies to be paid in addition due to loss of srevices and for now caring for her.How do I go about initiating further action to collect my award from this person

You must reduce the award to a final judgment and thereafter attempt to enforce the final judgment. If the judgment will be in NY and the assests are in Fl. , you will need to obtain a Fl. final judgment or the equivalent thereof.
