Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

garnish your wages

Can a federal marshall who has your account for signing a contract with bally jacklanne 5 years ago never used the gym garnish your wages, according to a legal document that was sent to me from them and attached a civil court order to garnish my wages. Can they do that and can i get an attorney or should i just settle the account with the marshall from 6,200 to 3,000 with a 30% down payment and the rest installment payment. Please help

Re: garnish your wages

6,000 to 3,000 is not a bad deal. The five years won't help you, but it might help if you moved more than 20 miles from the Ballys that you were working out at.

Ballys is the number #1 impossible organization for this kind of thing in the US.

Its a good deal that you are being offered. I am sorry. Ballys is well-known for being unfriendly about this type of thing.
