Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

am looking for a atb lawyer to help my fiance he in jail for two case 1 observation 2 for sale drugs he have a bail of 5,0000.01 over 10,000.01 bail bonds my brother is bailing out and the dea is giving him a hard time his lawyer don't care he doesn't communicate with him about the case he only see him went is time for court we don't have any money for a lawyer so a friend told me about atb laywer that you can help us.

I think you mean an 18(b) lawyer.

An 18(b) lawyer is akin to a public defender and is provided if one cannot afford a private criminal defense lawyer, pursuant to the United States Constitution and the Miranda case.

Your fianc� may already be represented by an 18(b) lawyer, but he can ask the judge for new counsel if he believes his lawyer is not doing an adequate job.
