if i have been subpoena to court what rights do i have when answering questions? can i plea the 5th

Your question is not specific enough to answer. That being said you are allowed to be represented by counsel for certain proceedings. If the matter is criminal in nature,then your attorney could advise you as to whether the question should be answered. Furthermore, if your testimony is potentially incriminating your attorney could negotiate an ammunity agreement.
