Disorderly conduct
While at the Bills/Cowboys game I was taken to a holding area and told I was going to be charged with disorderley conduct. I was not read my rights and the ''police officers'' did not identify themselves. I got in a fight because some one hit my mother in the face (she says it was an accident) there were at least 4 other people involved but I was the only one ''arrested'' I am trying to get help long distance becuase I live in Texas and the incident was in NY. No one at the court will help me and I cannot appear on the court date due to my school schedule. I need to know how to get things done long distance and with out a high priced lawyer, I am very poor.

Hopefully you will be able to hire a NY lawyer to assist you in your defense. If you do not appear for your court date, it is probable that the court will issue a FTA, and then a warrant. You could afford to attend the game, and now you need to find the money to hire a lawyer.
