Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Please help - false allegations

Hello, My boyfriend came to new york on a student visa from trinidad in 1997, his visa expired and his mom who is us citizen sponsor him. He still does not have his rights. We moved in together against my mother's wish and she has now written a letter to homeland security telling them that he does drugs and is involved with drug trafficing, she also told them that we are planning to do a fraud marriage so he gets legalize. I do not know what to do because none of this is true. We wanted to get married this week but now with everything I am scared. I don't want him to not get his rights because of what my mother said. How can I help him? or What is it that we should be doing. They are looking for him and wants to meet with him. They went to my aunt's house where they thought we live and left a card that says ''NYPD - Intelligence'' The detective name is Kenneth Ngai. I spoke with him and he said he is looking for my boyfriend.
