Trespass Violation
I was issued a ticket for Disorderly conduct and one for Trespass while at Penn Station. I had been pickpocketed, and was naturally upset so they issued me these violations. Do you think that I need an attorney? I had a previous disorderly conduct charge about 10 years ago while in college. What do you think my fine and punishment will be? The trespass ticket has me more worried. Thank you very much for your time
