Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

I went to work pregnant and because the doctor said no overtime, I was placed on Leave Without Pay and told to come back after the baby. Yet other employees work without working overtime but, they say that's different.

You may have a claim under State Law. File a complaint with the NY State Dept. of Labor. They will conduct an investigation.
