Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

BAC Level

My BAC lever was .08 but the officer didn't arrested me. He gave me a ticket for changing lanes without a signal and failing to maintain in the lane. Can I plea not guilty to these tickets even though I had a BAC level of .08?

Re: BAC Level

Yes ,you can plead not guilty. However there are drawbacks in doing so.I will not offer specific defense strategy on the internet. You may call my office@7188340087 for a free phone consultation. If you received these tickets in NYC then make copies,at least 3 and then send 1 to Albany pleading not guilty [keep the original].This will prevent a license suspension while we further plan a good defense.
