Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

civil fine for refusing sobriety test

I refused to take sobriety (breath test) at scene of traffic stop and was subsequently issued a civil fine of $1500. My question is: Is there a statute of limitation (time) on this fine?

Re: civil fine for refusing sobriety test

Forget the fine ,you lose your license or privilege to drive in N Y for refusal to take the breath test. You should retain a competent DWI/DUI attorney to help defend these charges. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a phone consultation.
