Attorney Scott's point is sound& it is worth emphasizing to you that this is a "no nonsense" proposition:

There are a # of complex variables that apply in a scenario such as your's -

the answer to your core question is: to get a good defense in a case such as this, you will need the assistance of an attorney.

The area of DWI and DUI are complicated and deserve the attention of a case by case review by an attorney. In my opinion there is no "quick fix" information that can be provided for you to represent yourself. Again, I would suggest that you contact your local bar association to find an attorney in your area if you do not have a family attorney.
