Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

I was pulled over for a traffic violation that the cops made up. I received a charge for cpcs 7th. I had one oxycodone on me. The cops made me get out of my car and searched myself, my car, and my cell phone without my consent. I have absolutely nothing on my record at all. As I am a college student struggling to make it, I do not have much money for a lawyer. I was just wondering what is most likely to happen to me when I appear in court?

If you are truly indigent the court will appoint an attorney to represent you. If you have resources I would suggest that you retain a private criminal defense attorney to protect both your present and future rights and interests. A criminal conviction has a great impact on future endeavors. I handle matters such as yours on a daily basis and I would be happy to have a phone consultation with you. please contact my office @ 7188340087 .
