Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

Out of State Chemical Test Refusal

I was stopped last November in NY and refused to take a breathalizer. I pled in court to a DWAI, got a 90 day suspension, got a conditional license and completed the course in Connecticut, the course had equivilancy of the course offered in NY. I adjourned the refusal hearing set by the DMV. My suspension ended, I then had my license completely restored in NY State. I then got a CT Driver's License (since I now live here), but now the DMV Hearing has been reschedule. Can the state of NY take my license away or just revoke my privlidges to drive in NY? Does the fact I have completed a conditional license course have any weight on the hearing? Is there a possibility I will just be fined since I now live out of state?

You have resolved the criminal court portion of your case, but not the administrative component. I would be happy to discuss this further, however I need much more information. Please call my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
