Re: withdrawing a child from school

If your child has not received an appropriate educational opportunity from your local public school district, you may be entitled to enroll your child in a special private school at the school district's expense. Most NY cases have determined that ABA services are appropriate for autistic children and yet school districts almost never offer such a program.
