before my mother was excepted for medicaid - My mother prepaid $1092.00 for home care in April of 2013 through agencey. With their help they were able to submitt the proper paperwork to receive medical insurance through medicaid .Since then my mom has passed. I have since appeared for a fair hearing on her behalf to regain the money she paid out. i was told i need a waiver notirized by my brothers giving me permission to go after what is owed. problem is one brother refuses to sign. i have a court date this month April .and i have to personally hand him a citation to appear in front of a judge. how do i present him with this with out a fight?
