Finally a word to the wise about the "low cost" lawyer who "answered" the question below. There are no recognized specialties much less sub-specialities in NY. To say one is a specialist or "sub-specialist" in any area of the law, without a specific degree in that area and recognition by the courts is not only an ethical violation but should give one pause as to the competence of the lawyer who makes such a statement.
