Legal Question in Entertainment Law in New York

Exclusive rights to a person's (non-written) story

I've recently started work on a documentary film. The subject of the film has agreed to grant me (my LLC.) exclusive rights to follow him and film his story provided he can still talk to the press. He knows that there will be no immediate renumeration for this agreement. Where can I find an exclusivity contract that would cover this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

You may want to contact Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts or a similar organization in your area to see if you qualify for their free assistance if you do not wish to retain counsel. Obtaining and clearing rights without competent legal advice is a sure way to doom your film project to failure.
