trying to get asylum in Florida

Can a women who has custody of children and father has visitiation rights go to Fl to live. MOther lives in NY exhusband has abused mother she is in fear for herself and children 2 girls.

Get this woman to a lawyer right away. Abuse by a spouse can in fact be grounds to terminate visitation and for the beaten spouse to move away.

It can also however be used against the beaten spouse so that she can be found neglectful. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it is so.

Therefore, have her see an attorney, especially one who handles domestic violence claims as soon as you can.
