Legal Question in Family Law in New York

This is my second attempt to have a question answered. It's been over ten days and still have not had any response.

I have a child that went away to college and as part of our divorce settlement I'm supposed to be reimbursed dollar for dollar, against her room and board. What action do I have to take to have her reimburse me the monies owed. She is claiming she can't afford it, and my feelings are she should have thought about that while she was attempting to suck me dry!

Presumably you mean the mother is supposed to reimburse you. If that's the case you bring an action to enforce the settlement.
