Child Support

My daughter has moved out from her mothers house to be on her own and is out of school-am I still obligated for child support payments?

MAYBE. It depends on factors that includes but it not limited to, the reason and circumstances for the move; whether the move is temporary or permanent; whether your daughter is in need of your support, in lieu of public assistance, and so forth.

Also, you need to file for a Child Support Termination Order from Court, BEFORE you try to stop child support payments ordered by the Court.
