Child Support for a child with a child

Does a parent who is currently paying child support for his 17 year old daughter have to continue child support payments since his 17 year old daughter now has a child of her own?

Unless your daughter is emancipated, supporting her is your responsiblity. Getting married is an emancipation event; getting pregnant is not.
