Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child support payments

Can my x wife who divorced me in 1969 collect child support of $25 per week which was ordered iun 1969. She remarried in 1971 and said she wanted no payments if I would leave her alone and let her knew husband raise our kids. My kids now range in age from 42-50 and I am 68. This xwife thinks she can now go back and collect the child support. The original order was written in 1969 and she never tried to collect any support. Is there a statute of limitations on this?
