my boyfriend mad false alligations agents me to Cps thinking he would have a better chance at getting custody of the baby. It was unfounded. He just got out of a psychiatric ward less than a month ago and abuses drugs and alchole. Do you think he has a chance to get the baby with this being wrong with him? Or do you think the courts will favor my reqest for supervised visatiation

His chances of getting the baby are slim however why mess around with it. Get A GOOD FAMILY LAW LAWYER!!!

While many people complain that we say this a lot, it is the only way to be sure that nothing is over-looked. In the long run it will be worth the money.
