Legal Question in Family Law in New York

What if I'm close to being broke?

Hi!

I've been seriously thinking about divorce. My question is that if she decides to take money from me, what would the judge decide on? I owe alot of money to creditors, and with those payments, plus the cost of my rent, car insurance, and food, I have if I'm lucky, about $200 a month left over. What would the judge do?

Please, I am very concerned!
