Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that my father and Mother are went to Usa in 2009 as Immigrant visa and get their parmanent resident card(catagori f41 and f42) from Bangladesh.I am their only on son.I have two sisters and they are livinig seperately with their husbend in Bangladesh.My date of birth 30/01/1979.My age is not bellow 18 so I cannot go with my parents.I am now single.So I want to go with my parents and want to stay with my parents.
My parents age are now 60 years old.
Besides the living cost in New York is very high and my parents are very old so if I can immigrant soon there I can help my parents.
Please infor me can go usa and can stay with them and how much time will need to finish the process.
please inform your service charge and how much it it take time to go in Usa for me.
