Legal Question in Family Law in New York

In my divorce agreement I am required to pay half of child care. My son is 12 and has noy attended any sort of child care in two years. However, when my ex enrolls him in soccer camp during spring break and parts of summer she insists its considered day care. In our agreement I am not required to pay extracurricliar activities. Would camp, in this case be considered daycare?

What does the agreement say?

Camp is generally considered an extra curricular activity - but it's also often broken out as a separate category.
