if i have somthing written up stating he signs over the house and a amount of money i want a month and he signs it that enough to get a divorce from a legal aid cause i don't work

Call your local bar association. Depending on your situation, they can sometimes find you a lawyer who will take your case for no fee. They also have a referral service for lawyers who charge lower than average fees and with a much smaller retainer than others.
