Failure to grant divorce and distribution of propery

If a divorce is denied in New York state:

a. What happens to the marital property?

b. Is maintenance or other support provided for a spouse?

c. Can the party seek again for a divorce at another time?

If a divorce is denied, there is no equitable distribution, hence no split of assets. The case is dismissed and can be re-commenced on other grounds.
