Fraudulent Child support claim
How do I report someone for knowingly filing a claim for childsupport for children of a man she knows is not the father. The man has been incarcerated for seven years and the children on the claim are younger than 7 years of age

File a statement with the court where she filed the claim or contact the Attorney General's office.
