guardianship

my mother trying to get guardianship for my14 yr old daughter she stays at her house 4 school days only m-f comes home on vac and holidays she put child abuse charge on me but it was unfounded i go back 2 court on the 26 have no lawyer and my daughter wants 2 live with her due 2 she wants no rules when she home grandma cant write due 2 a illness also can not cook or even open a can of corn does she have a chance can my daughter fool the lg grandmas house don''t have no rules also she is 74 yrs old what do i do?

You should never go to court without a lawyer. You are the natural mother and the legal guardian of the child until a court says otherwise.

You must appear in court and defend yourself.
