harrassment
I am being verbally harrassed by my
sister by voicemail and email. She is
not well mentally I believe. She is a
very toxic person. She has also
threatened to destroy the contents of
my home and burn it down. I am out
of town and she has access to the co-
op apt. Is it a crime to threaten my
home, and harrass me? I have saved
the voicemails as proof. I really need
your advice. Many thanks.

Yes. You should immediately contact either the police or the local District Attorney's Office.
