I don't want pay any more
Please advise me best way to get out this situation.
The house is messed up by ex-wife living now with one of my son 27yld , not paying any utility bill and tax , we both own the house
i am not living the house since 2001
but paying all utility , tel,cable and taxes

If it is your ex-wife, isn't this issue address in your divorce settlement agreement? If yes, you must follow the terms of the agreement.
If the issue of the house is not address in the divorse settlement agreement, you could commence an action to partition the house (sell and divide the assets) assuming that the ex was a part owner.
If the ex does not have title to the house, and if the issue of the house is not addressed in the divorce settlement agreement, you may commence a summary proceeding to have the ex wife evicted.
