Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hi

I am div from my wife, shehas physical custody and I have Visitation, now she wants to move to Canada with my kids and work out an agreement with me on viisitation (I dont mind that she moves with the kids as long as I get the Visitation that we both will agree upon, however,) I DONT TRUST her that she will keep the agreement is there any way to make sure she must keep to her part?? (A judges order? or a Bond? \)

A bond will not work. However, if you file in Family Court for a visitation order, and you work out a settlement agreement, the agreement may be "so ordered" by the Judge.
