rights in a divorce

does an adulterous spouse have any

rights? background info: married 20

years, stay-at-home wife, cooked,

cleaned, all wifely duties, cared for dog,

own home w/60 acres, helped with

spouse's business.

Re: rights in a divorce

Grounds, including adultery, generally have little to no effect on the other issues in a divorce. Only in extreme cases will grounds affect anything.
