Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I was summons to NYC family court 7 years ago and ordered to pay child support. During this span my ex has taken me to court to demand more money. She was awarded more do to an increase in my income and as of right now the amount I owe is 0. My question is, can she file a petition anytime she wants to for more money even if my income stays the same or is it a guideline or law that would prevent her from doing so?

It depends on whether you settled your case by agreement or whether child support is simply calculated under the CSSA.
