civil judgment
if an uncollected NYS civil claim judgement is due to expire from my credit report in March 2008 filed Mar 01 is there anything further the plaintiff can do to come after me or does this become case closed?

The statute of limitations in New York to collect on a judgment is 20 years, so this matter will remain open.
