can a court order in a partition be appealed or modified if it advercsely affects the living circumstances of a disabled person

Re: court order

All court orders can be appealed if they are not interlocatory, or in cases where interlocatory appeals are allowed where they are not from a court with final jurisdiction (NYS CT of Appeals or The Supreme Court of the United States of America.)

State Administrative orders are not appealed but reviewed through something called an Article 78 proceeding.
