Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Need drivers licence

I was in an accident in 1987, no one was injured. I took down 2 telephone poles. Their are 2 judgments against me, which I cannot afford to pay. Both for the poles and then there is an isurance issue because they somehow decided I was uninsured (even though the police responded and wrote me no tickets) These judgments are preventing me from getting a license. Is there any way I can get a license to go to and from work and drive at work? If so how do I go about it? I have recently become unemployed and could easily get a decent service tech job with my qualifications. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Need drivers licence

Go to the local state DMV office and ask for assistance. If they are unable to give you the forms to fill out, then get back to me and I will help you.

This should be easy.
